Group Shared Access using Laboratory Accounts

Starting from October 06, 2025, laboratory accounts will be available for use in the Kyushu University Research Data Management (QRDM) storage system.
These accounts are designed for data sharing within organizational units such as centers, departments, or individual laboratories. Since this account is not linked to SSO-KID, saved data will remain even if members are replaced due to graduation or resignation.

On campus, once you install and configure the desktop client, you can use it like OneDrive—it appears as a local folder in File Explorer (automatically syncing with QRDM). Students can also use the desktop client.
Storage capacity of a laboratory account will be provided separately from the capacity of the account linked to SSO-KID
For more details, please refer to the “About Laboratory Accounts” section on the QRDM website.
